It is based on the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, characterized by a descriptive type of research, a non-experimental field design, cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 30 subjects, aged between 17 and 18 years, students. For data collection, the Body Image Questionnaire (BSQ) was used, a Likert type, with 34 items, a reliability of 0.97 and a validity of 0.81. The results obtained were processed through the Statistical Program S.P.S.S. and analyzed with the support of descriptive and inferential statistics. Then, they were presented in tables and graphs, from which it was obtained that 43% of the sample presents concern for their body image at a moderate level, and 43% in dissatisfaction with their body image. It is concluded that the sample studied focuses its attention on the expectations or ideals it has regarding the image of its own body.
Alejandro José Martínez Castillo Copyright (c) 2025 Revista COMPSIDEA | Universidad Yacambú https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-16 2025-07-16 2 1 7 24 Socio-environmental responsibility in the promotion of sustainable practices in the Educational Unit Río Acorano, Ecuador https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/compsidea/article/view/650
This research aims to analyze socio-environmental responsibility in the promotion of sustainable practices at the Río Acoran Educacional Unit located in the Orellana canton, Ecuador. It is based on the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, using a descriptive study modality and supported by a field design. The population is represented by thirty people, specifically eight teachers and twenty-two students from the Educational Unit; the sample is defined by the entire population. The survey technique and the questionnaire as an instrument were designed, one for teachers and one for students, both containing twenty-five questions. It is concluded that to effectively manage socio-environmental responsibility at the Río Acorano Educational Unit, it is necessary to provide ongoing training for teachers, in addition to creating ties with the community surrounding the school, in order to ensure that the sustainable practices promoted are applicable in the short and medium term. Teachers are encouraged to participate in ongoing training programs to ensure they successfully integrate sustainability principles into their curriculum.
Ariel Alexis Alvarado Tanguila Luisa Iraima Arismendi Collantes Copyright (c) 2025 Revista COMPSIDEA | Universidad Yacambú https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-16 2025-07-16 2 1 25 40 Communicational leadership for organizational development in post-conventional dynamic complexity https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/compsidea/article/view/641
This essay provides an analytical review of the organizational change proposals by Peter Senge and Takeuchi and Nonaka, which emerged in the late 20th century, with the aim of raising the urgency of developing systemic thinking in organizations capable of learning and a renewed and motivating leadership based on a holistic understanding of reality, theories that re-emerge at the level of management studies, in this case, to study the possibility of inspiring a new leadership, based on communication, that responds to the demands of dynamic complexity, a principle put forward by Peter Senge that describes constant change, which becomes evident in the 21st century as a result of the transformations imposed as a consequence of the COVID 19 pandemic, a global event that has promoted a new organizational vision.

Aura Elisa Parra Morales Copyright (c) 2025 Revista COMPSIDEA | Universidad Yacambú https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-16 2025-07-16 2 1 41 49 Presence and reminiscence in the pop art of Jamie Lee https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/compsidea/article/view/609
The thesis is proposed that in Jamie Lee’s pop art, the work of art is equivalent to its typification, as a representation of the icon, as perception (present) and its inscription in our memory as contemplation (or reminiscence). Through a philosophical essay, three recent paintings by the artist are observed, taking as a framework Ferraris’ (1999) theory about the relationship between memory and imagination. The conclusions validate the initial thesis, since it is argued that, given that in their origin, perception (theorem) and contemplation (mnemoneuma) are carried out on the basis of a representation that is no different from that of memory, what we have, at the end of the day, is the temporization of a work typified as a sensitive presentation (Jamie Lee’s acrylics) and its inscription and retention as an intelligible presentation (the memories associated with the figure of Ziggy; the evocation of the image of the famous 01:43 m. from the Take On Me video; and the context of Outta Time as an icon film of pop cinema or the reminiscences of the film and the license plate of the vehicle that serves, underhandedly, as the title of the acrylic). The question of the “essence” of the “Latin American” in art remains to be rethought, and therefore the idiosyncratic notions of anthropological –if not geological- notions of the works, their styles and their imaginaries must be put to the test.
Leopoldo Tillería Aqueveque Copyright (c) 2025 Revista COMPSIDEA | Universidad Yacambú https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-16 2025-07-16 2 1 50 61 Active methodologies in current education https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/compsidea/article/view/633
Education in the current era needs to be rethought to adapt to the characteristics of society and its changing realities, as it requires a new rationale for how we conceive education. In this sense, it is necessary to introduce new paradigms that give it dynamism and, in some way, modernize educational processes, generating methodologies to make education relevant to the new times. This article explores the importance of using active methodologies in the context of a complex society as a way to introduce changes that reinforce self-knowledge, responsibility, and ethics. These methodologies constitute an excellent opportunity to enhance the way we learn and teach, as well as to utilize strategies that provide different elements for analysis, understanding, and reflection. In this way, they enable the introduction of improvements and transformations in learning environments to promote the exercise of citizenship, appreciation of peace, sustainability, and respect for nature.
Reina Villavicencio de Aular Copyright (c) 2025 Revista COMPSIDEA | Universidad Yacambú https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-16 2025-07-16 2 1 62 75
