The protagonist is considered an error of nature, humiliated in public day after day, which he assumes with an attitude of resignation, loneliness, and human evil. Later, he meets Mr. Méndez, who, during the Great Depression in 1930, toured the desolate lands of the United States with "The Butterfly Circus". Mr. Méndez runs his company, where differences become virtues. Unexpectedly, Will begins to be part of this circus and discovers another way of performing, living, and valuing life with the help of his new companions and friends.
William Pirela Espina Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/256 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Essequibo: and the guarantee of the constitutional rights of its indigenous peoples https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/375
The objective of this essay, based on a hermeneutic methodology and supported by the analysis of the discourse of documentary sources, is to present some reflections on the meaning of the guarantee and compliance of the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela of 1999 for the citizens of the Essequibo Territory, especially the recognition of differentiated rights for indigenous peoples, a great advance in Venezuelan legislative development. Today, the consolidation of this vast territory in the application of the legal order and the adaptation process to resolve the controversy between Venezuela and the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, for the sovereignty of 159,500 km2 of territory, known as Essequibo or Essequibo, is a complex fact. In summary, transience must happen not only with decrees, but also understand the reality that its inhabitants live, deficiencies, insecurity, mining exploitation, and something as important as feeling Venezuela beyond the speeches, this analysis is an invitation to consider that The triumph of recovering Essequibo will happen because the State, in this new stage, must plan public policies consistent with the Constitution, guaranteeing the human rights of an entire nation that today expands its horizons in geographical space, and above all in its population, consistent with the rights achieved in 1999.

Carmen Magaly Avendaño Aldana Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/375 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Sophie's World https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/329
This writing intends to make known the intentions of the great philosophers, where Sofia's World is presented as a scenario of philosophical consequence that invites us to reconsider to manifest from the integrity of the internal participation of the environment as living entities, in the correspondence between the individual and the universe, as it contrasts the theory of metaphysics by perceiving it as science. Philosophy as a discipline, promotes the bold inquiry into wisdom for the construction of philosophical discernment, with the intention of achieving its quality in order to stir up the conditions that necessarily flourish by the scientific revolution, which are discovered through philosophical research to achieve knowledge from our agreement with the world.

Mercedes Torres Rojas Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/329 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Presentación Vol. 5 N° 1 https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/453 Juan Pablo Pereira Medina Copyright (c) 2024 https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/453 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Tabla de contenido https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/454 Equipo Editorial Copyright (c) 2024 https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/454 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Infection by Eimeria sp., in a preschool patient from Curarigua, Venezuela https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/387
It is described for the first time for the Lara State of a human infected with Eimeria sp, in the case of a poly parasitized preschooler who was simultaneously infected with Blastocystis sp, Endolimax nana, and Cystoisospora belli. In this sense, the intention of this essay constitutes a theoretical approach to a broader research whose topic is Neuromanagement in the university environment from an ontological vision. Thus, its purpose is to reveal the way in which the human being, a fundamental social actor in the scenario of higher education institutions, must be interpreted and understood; beyond the ontic and enriched by the ontological conception proposed by Heidegger (2005) from being-there or Dasein. Based on this proposal, the research process and the significance of knowledge are based on a qualitative approach with a paradigmatic-interpretive stance, which uses bibliographic sources to reveal the reality of interest. The findings outline a series of theoretical and ontological concerns capable of directing the future steps of the investigative process in a path of constant self-reflection that looks at the fact studied from its human complexity.
Carolina Trinidad Bocaranda Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/389 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Entrepreneurship training in the nursing professional https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/427
This article proposed to theoretically explore strategies towards formimg the entrepreneurial spirit in the Nursing Program of the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado in order to raise student awareness of business skills in the health field. Using a documentary methodology, the logistical, economic and pedagogical challenges in doctoral training in virtuality were analyzed; interprofessionality for collaborative educational virtuality; and learning communities for doctoral tutoring in virtual environments. It was concluded that the integration of immersive technologies in doctoral training facilitates the understanding of complex and abstract concepts, as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in order to interact in a more intuitive and concrete way with constantly evolving knowledge.

Soraya Margarita Parada Martínez Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/417 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Emerging management strategies to strengthen educational management in university institutions in Venezuela https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/390
The purpose of the research is to describe emerging management strategies to analyze educational management in university institutions in Venezuela. The methodological procedure was articulated from a positivist paradigm of a quantitative nature through the research method based on the documentary study modality. The material published between January 2020 and December 2023 was consulted in the electronic databases Google Academic, Scopus, Redalyc, Dialnet, Scielo, and Jstore, applying the material source counting technique. The bibliographic review allowed us to understand that educational management in Venezuela faces a complex panorama with great potential for improvement, requiring an effort by educational actors in order to overcome the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities present in daily practice. It is concluded that implementing emerging strategies contributes to strengthening educational management in university institutions, allowing them to respond efficiently to the challenges and opportunities presented in a context marked by economic openness, globalization, and market competitiveness.
William Pirela Espina, Nichol José Alvarado Mendoza Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/390 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400 Academic fraud in research papers https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/371
This study was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the causes of academic fraud in research papers, using a mixed methodology. A questionnaire was applied to 120 students and semi-structured interviews to 18 students from public universities. The interviews were conducted individually through Zoom, distributing the samples equally between Caracas-Venezuela, Lima-Peru and Bogota-Colombia. This approach amalgamates quantitative and qualitative data to capture cultural and contextual variations, pursuing a comprehensive understanding of the complexities underlying academic fraud in research. The results revealed that academic workload and homework overload are preponderant factors in academic fraud, as the intense demand for performance can lead students to resort to dishonest practices to meet expectations. Therefore, it was concluded that the lack of research training was also highlighted, evidencing a gap in the skills needed to conduct ethical and rigorous research. The lack of previous classes on research dynamics and scarce recommendation of methodological literature contribute to the temptation of adopting fraudulent practices as a shortcut to face academic difficulties.
Deinny José Puche Villalobos Copyright (c) 2024 En Prospectiva https://revista.uny.edu.ve/ojs/index.php/en-prospectiva/article/view/371 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 -0400
