Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a device adaptable to a motorcycle helmet for the display of parameters when driving, because, in general, the indicators of these parameters are near the steering wheel of the vehicle, making the deviation of the vehicle dangerous Look at high speeds to know these values. Among the objectives that are pursued are the development of a parameter monitoring device to know the state of the motorcycle, also develop a display interface to project the monitored parameters of the motorcycle in the device adaptable to the helmet and thus reduce the possible visual deviations of the driver at high speeds. To carry out this purpose, the manufacture of an accessory type device easily adaptable to any motorcycle commercial helmet was carried out, thus providing the motorcyclist with constant information on the most important driving parameters, which in the case of this project are speed and Engine RPM On the other hand, the location of the module on the motorcycle, allows communication with the module located in the helmet, in addition to allowing alert when an accident occurs, detected when the motorcycle falls by using an accelerometer, achieving an integrated device that benefits significantly to the motorcycle population, thus providing a significant contribution to society.
