The present research is a feasibility study to create a company responsible for the production of electrical plants based on green hydrogen in Barquisimeto, Lara state, under the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, special project modality, supported by field research, descriptive, non-experimental, and cross-sectional in nature. It is structured in three stages, corresponding to the market, technical, and economic–financial study. With a sample of 4 companies responsible for the distribution and sale of electrical plants, an instrument is applied, validated through expert judgment and reliability by Cronbach's Alpha. The diagnosis of the current situation reveals a lack of knowledge about the use of green hydrogen as fuel; however, there is market acceptance, that is, the possibility of inserting the proposed. In the market study, the demand, the product description, as well as the marketing and promotion channels are determined. Subsequently, in the technical study, the requirements of the product and the company are established, yielding unprofitable and unfeasible results, so it is recommended to implement operational changes in order to determine its viability based on social feasibility, under the environmental impact system.electrical.plant.
