Abstract

This scientific article addresses the balanced scorecard as a management tool in the Agropecuaria MB 25, C.A., located in the Sosa Municipality of Barinas State. This chart is important, because it allows you to establish the strategy(s) for increasing productivity and sustainability over time of your operations. In this sense, management tools allow strategic planning to be effective, facilitate decision-making and ensure that your organization achieves the objectives it sets itself. Therefore, it was chosen among all the existing models, that of Kaplan and Norton, to evaluate the performance of the company from four perspectives where objectives and goals are established that allow the organization to be seen as a whole, once the strategy has been clearly defined, the organization can be aligned to achieve its goals. through the observation and control of the client's Human, Financial, Process and Innovation Capital. The objective of this study is to suggest the balanced scorecard as a management tool in the company Agropecuaria MB 25, C.A, it is expected that this study will contribute to taking the necessary actions to measure if the objectives and goals of the company are being met.
