Womer woman: meanings attributed to the gender roles in professional women

Abstract

The research carried out was inscribed in the interpretative paradigm with a qualitative approach. Under the feminist ontological method, based on a set of theories and ideological foundations, its intention was to know-understand-interpret within the framework of the episteme, the meanings attributed to gender roles in professional women qualified as wonder women, evoking-perceiving the management of the knowledge produced in order to perceive the reality evoked by the versioners, I conducted in-depth interviews of the professional women from whom I obtained information, which was recorded and processed. Epistemically the contextualization started from the ontoepistemic constructionism, unveiled from the reality of the versionantes, was argued theoretically and philosophically from the feminist perspective, among the categories that emerged stand out: Woman as a Being, Gender Roles, Professional Woman, Wonder Woman. As a contribution to this research, I argue that the leading role of women in the development of life in the broad sense of it is indisputable, the generation of knowledge as a product of women's research activity responds to the social needs that arise. , for which the response is with the social reconstruction of the meaning of gender roles, in the dynamics of each of them in the social development within their actions during daily life.
