Current socio-legal impact of the surrogat family in Venezuela

Abstract

The research is directed to the study of the Current Socio-Legal Impact of the Surrogate Family in Venezuela, which allows the specific objectives of the research, which are mentioned: To describe the theoretical foundations related to the current socio-legal impact of the Surrogate Family in Venezuela; to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Legal System and to explain the actions of the Governing System of Integral Protection for Children and Adolescents. The study is developed in the dogmatic legal paradigm. In such sense, by means of the referred specific objectives, the study of the substitute family, according to the Convention of the Rights of the Child and Adolescent, the Venezuelan Constitution, LOPNNA and the Civil Code in force. It is possible to glimpse the importance of the family within the society, it is concluded that the necessary aspects to describe the theoretical foundations related to the Substitute Family in Venezuela, are embodied in the Law. All this relevance leads to recommend the State to exercise the Control within its responsibilities, by means of the intervention a priori; in cases of disintegrated families of origin as well as to safeguard the substitute family as a means of protection.
