Abstract

Social networks have revolutionized communication, connecting us regardless of borders, this essay aims to address theoretical aspects of cyberfeminism, as a movement that seeks through technology, the visibility of gender inequalities, combat violence against women and amplify their voices. It becomes a space for denunciation, organization and sorority, where women support each other and fight for their rights. This movement also promotes the participation of women in the technological field, a field historically dominated by men, seeks to close the digital divide and encourage the creation of safe spaces free of online bias. Among the conclusions is that, in order to achieve women's empowerment in the digital era, it is necessary to work together, strengthen institutions and judicial processes to ensure justice for victims of violence, combat revictimization and create support networks among women.
