This work deals with issues related to domestic violence where it begins by describing the current situation and the state's response to this problem by legislating and establishing public policies. Among them is the Micaela law and the obligation to carry out this training in the public sphere. The modification of the law to include digital violence since within some provinces they already have the covert digital agent as a public policy. This as a type and mode of violence in addition to other violence found in the law. The existing statistics regarding this crime, if the crime map is taken into account through the numbers provided by the various judicial departments that are audited in order to the crime in question. These measurements allow us to audit a specific public policy in real time and keep a prospective traceability of it. On the other hand, it shows us how the different professionals involved in a criminal process for gender violence assist each other, giving an approach from the perspective of the different specialists. And again how the state establishes an extension of the terms of prescription and a shift of limits within the framework of the new paradigms that weigh the risk and the different doctrinal discussions that are presented in this regard.
