Brief history of the microscope

The origins of the microscope are briefly described, from the polishing of primitive crystals, to the first higher resolution microscopes that allowed us to appreciate microorganisms and thus begin a new world in the study of biological sciences. Likewise, the history of the first microscopes brought to Venezuela is described.
