For this, a documentary investigation was assumed, making use of the recording technique that allowed the organization and selection of the sources consulted, in terms of the search for the sessions assumed in the theoretical development: axiological hermeneutics in university education, university classroom as a space for ethical and social construction, innovative perspectives for axiological training. Among the conclusive aspects, it is distinguished that classroom management, from an axiological hermeneutics, is conceived as a transformative space that integrates ethical values and meaningful learning, promoting critical citizens with autonomy, as well as comprehensive training to face the challenges of a dynamic and changing socio-educational reality. The future vision of this essay is interpreted towards the consolidation of the management of the university classroom as a transformative educational space, capable of integrating innovative axiological and pedagogical approaches that strengthen comprehensive training with the commitment to ethical and social progress.
