Abstract

Our research entitled, Evocations of the Lead Manager in Chaordic Metatranscomplex Organizations: A View from its Social Actors, consists of a research proposal inscribed in the transcomplex interpretive paradigm of a multi-method approach with application of anthropological methodology applied ethnographically through the application of in-depth interviews, focused on reporters, social actors belonging to a Knowledge Generation Institution (InGeNiO), with the objective of generating a soft-chaotic-autotelic-reengineering at the senior management level, intra-operative middle-management management, resignifying-reinforcing the directionality of the leadership at the node level of authority-motivation-decision-making, such as peripheral intra-extranet participation-co-creation. It is about combining three managerial expressions with three types of leadership to induce important changes at the level of process reengineering within a Knowledge Generating Organization through the transepistemic managerial interweaving of the transdisciplinary leadership-transmethod, generating a change in paradigm towards the multi-managerial with intervention of recursive transdisciplinarity until achieving the overlap of the new complex metatrans paradigm.
