In this order of ideas, the theoretical approach was oriented towards the following contents: the university in a globalized, technological and diverse world, classroom management as a space for pedagogical and axiological leadership, pedagogical strategies for axiological training in the classroom. One of its core conclusions is consolidated in the fact that axiological training in contemporary universities is a central axis to guarantee that future professionals develop ethical, critical and transformative competencies, integrating humanistic values that respond to the demands of a complex and changing society. Therefore, the vision of the future encapsulates the practice of transformative classroom management that, in a globalized and diverse world, integrates technology, pedagogical leadership and axiological strategies to train ethically committed professionals, capable of facing complex challenges with social responsibility and innovation.
