Abstract

The current demands of the environment require business leaders who are capable of adapting with greater emphasis to an increasingly unpredictable environment, in order to successfully lead the organization in the face of a globalized, competitive and otherwise restricted scenario. The purpose of this essay is to expose the managerial challenges that the Venezuelan manager faces as a fundamental factor of collective well-being and agent of organizational changes. The investigation was documentary, supported by a bibliographic review where the current and future situation of the Venezuelan manager is illustrated. The conclusión of the study highlight the need for managers with an integrating way of thinking that promotes organizational changes focused on a creative, motivating, innovative process, in pursuit of a more humane management development, where comprehensive well-being colludes with productivity and business profitability. In short, an amalgamated manager is needed in the fundamentals of holistic thinking, who has a transcendent intelligence, capable of understanding his environment and those around him to transform and interpret the emerging organizational reality.
