Abstract

The research was oriented towards the application of the fundamental elements of transcomplex management and the impact on the resilience of organizational change in view of the effect produced in the national electricity sector, specifically in the organization and its internal processes, based on the implementation of a critical vision to make the public sector a profitable and self-sustaining organization with the criteria and vision of a private environment, using new technologies in the telecommunications sector as a fundamental pillar of change and adaptation of old management practices towards the new present processes in the international arena, leaving behind the old paradigms to prop up this company for the new times to come with a positivist strategic perspective. The elements that could help organizational change include the transcomplex posture supported by philosophical, creative, neo-institutional and complex systemic thinking; the implementation of technological advances such as artificial intelligence as a source in the construction of new ideas, c
ompetition in the sector compared to other successful experiences, its impact on the social, economic, legal and even political aspects. At the staff level, actions are highlighted in favor of supporting the change to individual resilience, changes in habits and fear of the unknown. The research is framed within the area of management, in the line of management thought and development, in the program called prospective of management in the 21st century to provide an idea of how to enhance public organizations in the country for self-sustainable development, and his support for the nation.
