Creative management thinking
Vision from organizational transcomplexity

This essay contains the result of a documentary investigation carried out with the intention of understanding the potential that creative managerial thinking offers in organizations from the vision of transcomplexity. The research emerges as an intellectual product of a doctoral thesis developed from the interpretive paradigmatic perspective, with the methodological support of hermeneutics. The findings found as a result of the review of texts and documents in the area of interest made it possible to demonstrate the importance that creative managerial thinking gives to organizations in the current context impregnated with conditions such as uncertainty, chaos, unpredictability, typical of transcomplexity. In this era of the knowledge society, there has been growth, evolution, development in addition to the emergence of virtual organizations, the evolution of technology has generated new knowledge and new managerial actions, since they propose faster and more efficient processes, in addition to guaranteeing efficient management and at the forefront of science and technology.
