Abstract

This essay describes the perspective and reality of information and communication technologies in initial education through the development of the technology and quality of life component. As these are currently part of everyday life, work and education, therefore, the initial education curriculum design in accordance with the demands of the environment and the teacher of this level as a mediator of significant learning, must respond to the real demands. This reflects that ICT cannot be seen only as a content to be learned, but rather, they are a contemporary tool that facilitates the teaching and learning process of children.
